How to use Lurea
Lurea was made to be simple: you open it, let out what you're feeling, and Luri takes care of the rest. Here's how to get the most out of it, step by step.
1. Do your first check-in
When you open the app, you do a mood check-in in seconds: you pick how you're feeling and how much (from 1 to 5). It's the quickest way to log your day, and over time it becomes a map of your emotions.
2. Vent by text or voice
When you want to go beyond your mood, just write or talk. Share what happened, what bothered you, what did you good. Luri replies with warmth, without judging and without rushing you. Rather talk? Record a voice note, and Luri transcribes it and understands.
3. Let Luri notice your patterns
The more you use it, the more Luri connects the dots: the triggers that keep coming back, the days that weigh more, the things you tend to avoid saying. She shares this as gentle observations, never as pressure.
4. Follow your progress
Your history shows your journey: your moods across the weeks, the themes that return, and the monthly letter, a caring summary of your month, written for you.
Tips for building the habit
- Pick a time. The end of the day works well for a lot of people. Turn on a reminder.
- Start small. One sentence counts. It doesn't have to be pretty or organized.
- No guilt if you miss a day. Skipped one? That's okay. Lurea doesn't ask for a perfect streak. It just welcomes you back.
Plans
You start for free. The Pro plan (with a 7-day free trial) unlocks unlimited conversations, Luri's full memory, voice entries with transcription, trends and the monthly letter. Coming soon, Pro Plus will bring all of that plus Luri's voice, so she can reply in audio. You can subscribe when it makes sense for you, and cancel whenever you want.
